Cancellation Policy

All bookings made with Croydon Smile Hub are strictly provisional and subject to formal review and approval by the Croydon Smile Hub management team. Submission of a booking request does not constitute acceptance, and Croydon Smile Hub reserves the absolute right to approve, decline, or amend any booking at its discretion. Where a booking requires payment, including room hire fees, deposits, or associated charges, full payment must be made in advance of the confirmed booking date. No booking will be considered confirmed until payment has been received in full and written confirmation has been issued by Croydon Smile Hub. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time will result in the full loss of any payments or deposits made. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a refund or credit at the discretion of Croydon Smile Hub, subject to administrative costs. Croydon Smile Hub is a neutral, inclusive community facility. As such, the Hub does not accept bookings for religious purposes, services, worship, or activities of any denomination or faith. This includes, but is not limited to, prayer meetings, religious instruction, worship services, or faith-based ceremonies. All approved bookings must comply with Croydon Smile Hub policies, safeguarding requirements, health and safety standards, and equality principles. Any breach of these requirements may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund. Croydon Smile Hub reserves the right to amend this Booking Policy at any time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply.
