Croydon Business Association Lead On Mental Health Summit At The Smile Hub

On Saturday 31 January 2026, The Croydon Business Association in partnership with Communities First , led on their first community-led Mental Health Forum at Croydon Smile Hub. 

Real conversations. Lived experiences. Practical support was brought together by the community, for the community. The event created space for honest dialogue and collective care. Speakers included Professor Fatima Khan , CEO of Serenity UK Care leading on anxiety and over thinking.  Samina Khan ITIL Service Delivery Specialist and Strategic Advisor, leading on developing self esteem and confidence. Lisa Allen, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Well Being Coach on Emotional Regulation. And Dr Pamita Senjit Award winning well being professional leading on low mood and motivation.

It was a fantastic, open and supportive event demonstrating what Croydon looks like when it shows up for each other.
